In this version of Cumulative Volatility Index Smoothing we are introducing an indicator level that can be used for trend assessment.
Floating levels are used for this purpose so that the indicator does not depend on any kind of fixed levels, which makes the indicator an adaptive indicator. It is recommended to do some experimentation with cycles.
