The Spread Oscillator displays the spread of the values between the two selected symbols
It has four configurable parameters:
Spread Oscillator = SlowMA - FastMA
SlowMA = EMA(ratio, slow MA period)
FastMA = EMA(ratio, Fast MA period)
Ratio = (Closing Price (First Trading Type) / Closing Price (Second Trading Type))*100.0
