The Non-Lagging Average indicator is a non-lagged moving average.
It has five tunable parameters:
Deviation (price) - vertical movement of the indicator line. This parameter is set in the price value. This parameter allows building channel indicators.

Deviation of the first one (price) = 0.1, Deviation of the second one (price) = -0.1
