Another branch of Bollinger Bands. The concept of post-outer band smoothing is to smooth the upper band and lower band respectively after the standard deviation calculation is completed.
This provides a very smooth top and bottom band. The smoothing of the upper frequency band does not have to reflect the changes in the lower frequency band, and the smoothing of the lower frequency band does not have to reflect the changes in the upper frequency band. In other words, the upper frequency band and the lower frequency band can be smoothed separately.
