KAS37 Trading System | Foreign Exchange EA Download- MT4/MT5 Resources
I have been trading successfully with my own trading system, called KAS37, based on my favorite numbers (3 and 7) and want to share it with the world.
Hope every Forex trader can benefit from it.
Common advice - try it on a demo account first to get a feel for it.
set up:
1) Bollinger Bands (BB), 20,0,2 - Default.
2) RSI 3 and RSI 7
3) Random 7,3,3
4) Simple Moving Average, SMA 3 and SMA7
5) Currency pair - GBPJPY, 5 minute chart. (The rest of the other pair, I don't guarantee success)
Entry rules:
1) Buy entry
a) Stoch crosses upward from below 20 (or below 30)
b) RSI 3 and RSI 7 cross upward from below 30.
c) SMA 3 and SMA 7, crossing upward between lower and middle BB.
2) Sell entry
a) Stoch crosses downward from above 80 (or above 70)
b) RSI 3 and RSI 7 cross downward from above 70.
c) SMA 3 and SMA 7, crossing downward between the upper and middle BB lines (
3) Stop Loss (SL) and Target Profit (TP)
a) Stop loss is 30 pips, ()
b) Target price is 30 pips (if you make a profit, track the profit)
c) When the profit reaches 20 points, move SL to BE.
d) If the price does not reach the target profit within 30 minutes to 1 hour, close the position with the best profit ()
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1) The rule must follow steps a, b then c, not b, a then c, because you won't get a valid signal.
2) Exceptions to the entry rules, RSI (across 70 or below 30) and Stoch (across 80 or below 20), can only be entered if and only if you see a divergence with 3 higher highs or lower lows.
3) You can enter early by following a) signal and then b) signal without waiting for c) confirmation. However, it has a 90% success rate - I chose to enter this entry.
4) It is best () that the length of the previous 2-3 bars should be less than 20 pips before entering according to the above rules
