Hi everyone, this is my first time sharing my system on the Forex Factory forum. Please feel free to take a look. I'm going to make a bold statement here, this system does and will work if used correctly. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us. It is important that everyone has a good working knowledge of money management and at least a working knowledge of the markets. The system is only part of making and keeping money.

Please download these 4 files and distribute them among your indicator and template files accordingly.

If you need instructions on how and where to save indicator and template files, search for "Urban Forex Metatrader 4 Tutorial Adding Indicators and Templates" in the tube

If your chart looks like mine, then everything is working fine. I will try to give a clear explanation of how we trade the system and the entry and exit rules.

------------------------------------------------------------------

First, take a moment to check your diagrams to make sure they look like my screenshots. Now look at how the indicator reacts to the expected movement of the market. In every transaction, we are looking for something to happen.

As you can see above, I highlighted individual trades at random and you should be able to see all the indicators that give a clear sell signal when the gray arrow appears. There are a number of ways we can tell this is a signal for a short position.

Rule 1: The 100MA (blue) is heading in the direction indicated.

Rule 2: The indicators in the indicator window all show overbought positions, and they are all squeezed above the 80 line on the vertical scale. In fact, they are squeezed so tightly that they all appear to be one line.

Rule 3: Never place a trade until the current candle closes. So, in this case, the gray arrow indicates the opening of a short position, which means that we will wait for that candle to close and only if the price falls below the low of the candle will we enter to trigger the signal.

The beauty of this visual system is that these indicators allow you to instantly decide whether the chart you are looking at has profit potential. It is important to remember that any system will select every trade that is likely to generate profit, I aim to find 1-2 trades per week on each chart through this principle and make sure that if everything is correct then I have a good chance of getting some ideas. An exit signal is determined when an opposite arrow appears, but this does not mean that you should reverse the trade unless it meets the requirements of Rules 1, 2 and 3.

Work on money management techniques if needed, closing portions of each trade at certain points, and constantly adjusting the stop loss to ensure I get to the 0% risk position as quickly as possible without choking the trade, and then I gradually bring the stop loss into profit, closing portions of the trade as I go. Other money management techniques work equally well, this is just my top choice.

If anyone has any questions or would like some live demo time, please let me know.

What's more important is knowing when not to trade, and I tell this in three ways. First, if the 50MA goes flat or goes against the indicator, then I personally would abandon it. If the Bollinger Bands in the indicator window look very confusing, then generally speaking, the market will be in consolidation and it is not worth the risk. Finally, you need to consider the major support and resistance levels on the longer time frame. That said, it's never a good idea to trade around big numbers, proven daily support and resistance levels, and of course, news.

I'm looking forward to any questions or feedback anyone has about the system. It's been with me for a long time so be nice

Finally, I'm active on Skype and more than happy to help anyone who needs any further help, add: fxsystem32.
