Spud's PVX Method | Forex Indicator Download - MT4/MT5 Resources
This method originates from the Vegas 1-hour indicator and the Pouria method.
The methods listed use a 5-hand bankroll management system to maximize rewards.
For those who want to be a little more conservative, you can adjust the lot size to 2 lots, which I will explain later.
I want to make this system mechanical so everything happens on the close/open of the candle. You can optimize it by sitting back and observing, but the gain or loss will be minimal.
set up
----------
EURUSD (others may work, but not verified)
H1 diagram
5 EMA closing (I used yellow)
Vegas 1 hour indicator (attached)
target profit
-------------
10 points + spread (i.e. 13 points) 5 lots (sell 1 lot when the price hits)
Vegas F1 4 lots (1 lot sold when price drops)
----------------------------------------------------------< 2 Batch method
Vegas F2 3 lots (1 lot sold when price drops)
Vegas F3 2 lots (1 lot sold when price drops)
5 EMA Crossover 1 lot (sell when price hits)
----------------------------------------------------------< 5 Techniques
stop loss
----------
You don't want more than 50 points. If you have deep pockets, you can use F1 across from Las Vegas. Within 5 months, I hit 50 points/F1 once. If you're tight on money, a 30 pip stop loss will help you close most trades.
We would always stop if the 5 EMA retraced or re-crossed the Vegas Tunnel at the close of the candle. Accept your loss and move on.

At the opening or closing of a candle, when the 5 EMA goes through the Vegas 1 hour tunnel and the MA line definitely goes through the tunnel... don't cheat or you will screw yourself. You might even want to give it 2-3 points, but make sure you see the 5 EMA line going through the tunnel...I can't stress this enough! Dealing with the closing or opening price of a candle ensures that you don't get a false exit.
