This system is a trend following system that uses the multi-time frame stochastic indicator as the definition of the market's current trend. If the market goes up, you take a buy retracement. If the market goes down, you take a sell retracement.

The retracement bar is the magnet (purple) bar on the bottom indicator. If the market falls, you use the downward magnet bar as your entry point. If the market is rising, you will use the upward magnet bar as your entry point.
Long term you can enter the market when the mtf stochastic indicator changes direction (long term) and hold until the trend is completed or hold on any retracement bar in the direction of the trend (20-400 pips)
In the short term you can do scalping by finding the direction of the current trend (step up or step down) and enter the retracement line and make a profit of 5 to 20 pips.

There are two ways to trade this system, but the entry rules are solid. We have a reliable way to define the trend (mtf stochastic) and a reliable entry method (enter on pullbacks).

How much profit you can make is up to you as you can follow the trend for several days or you can scalp all day long to make short term profits.
