(don't give up my friend...) - MT4/MT5 Resources
First of all I'm sorry for my bad English, I hope you all can understand
Ok..let's get started...
The Mouteki system remains the most profitable price action for me so far.
Some people are confused about how to filter their entries Some people are confused about predicting prices... and stop losses
So.. I made some observations here and found that maybe my modifications to Mouteki could solve the problem.. or reduce it to a minimum..
This is how I set up my chart..
1. I always use weekly Fibonacci levels as my target price and stop loss
2. For my open positions, my target price is always above the weekly Fibonacci second level
3. I always target below the weekly Fibonacci second level to short my open positions
3. My stop is always the second level above the weekly Fibonacci for shorting
4. My stop loss is always the second level below the weekly Fibonacci line for longs
5. Use stochastics as a good filter to find oversold and overbought If the stock is in oversold territory on 4H, do not try to short or vice versa
6. ALWAYS CONFIRM IN STOCH DAILY.. If you find Stoch is oversold within 4 hours but Stoch Daily does not say oversold.. you can go short and vice versa
7. Never enter a long trade if you find the daily Stoxx says..oversold area...and vice versa
8. Sometimes you go short.. but then Mouteki gives a long signal.. Confirm with Stoch Daily 4H, although your stop loss is not hit.. just exit and wait for the reverse direction
9. Keep an eye out for breaking news…
Check out the diagram..my example will have more diagrams
