CHEETAH - Resurection (Reloaded)
What a great clue here - The Original Cheetah Method.
Read the topic and you'll understand the Cheetah method.
in short:
Make 12 profitable trades in a row with a risk/reward of at least 1/1 - with each successful trade, the next trade will double in size.
It seems that the author of the original ChEETAH has completed his mission - staying in FF for more than a year.
Now it's my turn.
I found 1 good EA setup that achieved n=12 11 times in 7 years. An average of 1.5 times per year. The risk/reward is 1/2.
Even if the EA is used as-is... it performs very well in backtests:
Of course, it might be too good to be true... maybe backtesting is an illusion... ok ok... I know...
But... Do you remember the Risk/Reward 1/2 EA winning 12 times in a row and 11 times in a row in 7 years? I haven't seen so many EA setups so far...in fact haven't seen one so far...until today!
But here's a (at least) questionable situation - all transactions end 1 hour after midnight. So it's the weekend here (closed Monday night).. there is a gap. And have questions about the liquidity of EURUSD and AUDUSD at the time...that could be a real life issue.
Anyway, this thread is dedicated to the CHEETAH method and finding those winning n=12 EA settings.
In this topic we will discuss various EA ideas, but the main goal - to find n=12 anomalies very frequently. It will then be tried live - when calculating the correct approach. For example, try 10 times a year for $100 each and make a profit of $400,000. Something like that.
