A buy setup is completed when a series of 9 consecutive price bars is formed, each of which has a closing price less than the closing price of the previous 4 price bars. Setup can go beyond the minimum requirements, but only 9 is required to advance to the next stage.
DeMark only gives 1 qualifier to use settings as part of initiating a transaction. For a buy setup, the first qualification is that the lowest price on the 7th, 8th or 9th price bar in the setup is lower than the lowest price on the 6th price bar.

I'm trying out this idea on DEMO.
