Stable & safe TREND strategy - 30% to 40% annual profit (Stable & safe TREND strategy - 30% to 40)
My fxbook.
Prices are always going to go somewhere - sooner or later - but as you've seen with the stocks of many top companies - it's going to go up.
Strategy:
Enter BUY when the RSI is oversold (depending on the stock - from 10 to 40, period 5). Any time frame starting from M15.
Choose apparel stocks that are stable, good, and can rise over the long term - you can use this tool to select the best candidates.
SL - No Stop Loss. wait.
TP - Close when RSI is overbought (depending on the stock - from 60 to 80, period 5).
History of this thread:
It all starts with the currency and average/martingale long-term strategies - 5 settings running the average in myfxbook portfolio, as well as 1 setting for the virtual average and the standard SL/TP method.
But now focus on stocks – focus primarily on stocks from this article.
My current small company stock portfolio and why:
#SEAC - Software side, they are looking for a new CEO, 182 employees is not bad for the IT industry. Maybe someone can buy the team + subscribers to their service, or they'll get a great new CEO. The online video platform they provide is okay. They have no debt. Insiders own 25%. The analysis gives a good target price of 2.00 USD. Enter price of $1.34
#PFIE - Serving U.S. gas and oil companies, I bet the COVID situation will improve and gas and oil demand will increase. They have no debt. The analysis gives a good target price of 1.83 USD. Enter price of $1.15
#MYSZ - Software, which attracted $2 million in investment a month ago, has an app that facilitates online shopping, helping you get the right size for the clothes you buy. COVID-19 and post-pandemic life will drive more and more online shopping. This app is a great solution. Enter price of $1.79
