The Judas Indices ICT indicator considers the range between the last swing low and high on the 15-minute time frame from 09:30 to 09:45 New York time. During this period, market makers hunt for liquidity.

After breaking out of a high or low (grey arrow), the price is expected to move in the opposite direction with a character change (CHoCH) and return to the order block or FVG. In this case, the indicator issues an entry signal, with a green arrow indicating buy and a red arrow indicating sell.
