Matt Trigwell's idea, DmMikl86 histogram implementation
This indicator is based on GMMA_long. The idea is to convert it into a histogram for easier perception. This is a trend following indicator.
It was first implemented in MQL4 and published in the code base: mql4.com October 11, 2010.
