GapFinder - MetaTrader 5 Script | Forex Indicator Download - MT4/MT5 Resources
This indicator finds and displays the gap between the high and low prices of two adjacent bars.
Gaps are marked with arrows: upward gaps use an upward arrow, downward gaps use a downward arrow. The indicator is drawn as a rectangular object in the appropriate color on the chart gap area (display can be disabled in the parameters). It also displays two lines: the upper and lower levels of the gap area, which can be accessed from an Expert Advisor.
If a gap is found on the current bar, it will be displayed immediately. However, if the price "closes" the gap area, the arrows and lines will be removed. Colored rectangles in the closed gap area remain on the chart, allowing the user to visually control gaps closed by price.
The indicator has four input parameters:
