The Expert Advisor only searches for position opening conditions on new bars (executes operations when new bars appear), while virtual profit is controlled on every tick. When the conditions for opening a position are found (checked on the base symbol on which the EA runs), the EA immediately opens two positions: on the base symbol and on the hedging symbol .
Example starting on the USDJPY symbol, while the hedge symbol is USDCHF:
