The indicator is based on the original works and ideas of Francesco G. Cavasino (described in his published article "Stochastic Volatility").
Some usage instructions:
This is not a directional indicator . This means that even though it is random, it does not show the direction of the market, but the direction - the amount - and the size of the fluctuations. The premise for developing this indicator seems reasonable enough, namely that during periods of extremely low volatility, it is a good time to enter the market because a change in volatility is about to occur. These times are marked with dark gray dots on this indicator. For entry direction, you should use some other trend showing indicator.
