The Bollinger Bands consist of Ni - the periodic moving average (MA), the upper track is located at K - the period standard deviation above the moving average (MA + σ ), and the lower bound is K - the period standard deviation below the moving average (MA − σ ).
Instead of using upper and lower standard deviations, this version uses EMA deviations. This makes it more responsive to market fluctuations.
