The Liquidity Finder (LF) indicator in MetaTrader4 helps traders identify liquidity pools . The LF indicator draws dynamic trend lines (diagonal trend lines) and static trend lines (dashed lines) on the chart . Static trendlines often appear in the form of double tops or double bottoms.

In the USD/CHF currency pairing chart, after the liquidity pool range is formed with equal highs , the market moves towards the liquidity pool (LF) .

Following liquidity chasing the 0.91525 level , the market temporarily corrected and reached a low of 0.90884 after collecting remaining liquidity at the price low. However, after this correction, the market began to rise strongly with dramatic moves.

Stop Hunt Low

In the 15-minute (XAUUSD) chart, the market first broke through the price high at 2358.50 with a sharp upward move , gaining necessary liquidity.

The price then fell back to the 2354.40 level , which acted as support. At this level, the market gathers liquidity at the lows and regains strength, climbing to new highs. 2387.40 .
