David Sepiashvili introduced the Trend Quality Oscillator in his article "Detecting and Determining Trends - Trend Quality Indicators".
It has six input parameters:
The bullish trend is considered stable when the indicator's histogram is above zero and above the indicator line and appears green. The opposite is true for bearish trends (red).
When the histogram crosses the indicator line, a signal to enter a position may be given.
