One of the common "games" played by traders is to try to determine when certain filters or averages reach extreme values.
This is one possible way to assess this. In this indicator, T3 is sigmoid (Softmax) normalized - as an oscillator ranging from 0 to 1, if you use hyperbolic normalization it will vary from -1 to +1.
