The UDP indicator (Percent Up/Down) shows the direction of the candlestick, i.e. up/down, as a percentage over the selected period.
It has two configurable parameters:
UP = SMA(UpF, period) DN = SMA(DnF, period)
Where:
If price > previous price:
Upper F = 1
otherwise:
upper F = 0
If price < previous price:
dungeon = 1
otherwise:
dungeon = 0
