JB Volatility - A market volatility indicator that color-codes its status.
It has three configurable parameters:
Volatility uptrend : Close price above the lowest price during the bar period + ATR (ATR period) * multiplier.
Volatility downtrend : Close price below the highest price during the bar period + ATR (ATR period) * multiplier.
Low Volatility : Other scenarios.
