The QQE (Quantitative Qualitative Estimator) indicator consists of a smoothed relative strength index (RSI) indicator and two volatility-based tracking levels (fast and slow).
Compared to the original version of the QQE indicator, this version does not use tracking levels, but fixed levels to estimate overbought and oversold conditions. This makes it easier to use.
This version is also using RSX (smoother and lag-free RSI) to further clean up the signal.
