The Normalized Relative Strength Index tends to be "tight" (the direction of the RSI itself, as well as the direction of the Normalized RSI, can sometimes change erratically).
This version adds JMA smoothing to reduce volatility and attempts to make the slope of the RSI more usable without adding significant lag.
PS: If the normalization period is set to <=1, no RSI normalization is performed, in which case you will have "simple" RSI.
