QQE (Quantitative Qualitative Estimate) is usually performed using RSI (Relative Strength Index) as the "fundamental" indicator.
This version uses the CCI (Commodity Channel Index) instead. It looks like the work done by the QQE calculation is making a useful indicator and it can be useful in trading, but some experimentation is recommended anyway.
