MetaTrader 4 has several versions, but it has not been converted to MetaTrader 5 yet. This is the "basic" version of the Trend Direction and Power Index indicator for MetaTrader 5. It shows the direction of the trend as well as the strength of the trend. Usually the signal is when the trend direction changes for the first time
