OHLC VolumeH Displays the difference between two volume lines in the OHLC Volume indicator as a histogram.

Since the OHLC volume is calculated only from the OHLCV column value, this indicator has no configurable parameters.

 OHLCV = UpV - DnV
UpV = Volume*CoeffUP/(CoeffUP+CoeffDN)
 DnV = Volume*CoeffDN/(CoeffUP+CoeffDN)
CoeffUP = open higher
 CoeffDN = closing low
