The KDJ oscillator defines when you need to look for entry conditions.
It has four inputs:
K = K coefficient * PrevK + D coefficient * RSV D = K coefficient * PrevD + D coefficient * K J = 3.0*D - 2.0*K
Where:
RSV = ((Closing Price – Lowest Price) / (Highest Price – Lowest Price)) * 100
Lowest Price, Highest Price - The lowest price and the highest price during the interval
