The EA is changing your time zone (mine was +1 hour). It should be 9am London time hour offset in minutes when to view price minutes place pending buy stop and sell stop orders. The number of pending orders has many parameters.

Buy Stop and Sell Stop are located at Buy Stop: Distance from Current Price and Sell Stop: Distance from Current Price respectively.

Stop Loss: Take Profit ( Buy Stop: Stop Loss and Sell Stop Loss: Take Profit ) is similar for both Buy Stop and Sell Stop, while for Stop Loss it is separate and has the same parameters as Buy Stop: Stop Loss and Sell Stop: Stop Loss .

If you set it to false to ignore the closing time flag to "true", all positions will be closed and remaining pending orders will be deleted. All orders will be closed after that hour .

This report publication interval parameter sets the time interval (in seconds) between historical transaction and current position statistics output.
