Average an array using the built-in function moving average.mqh library.
The indicator consists of three indicator structures:
Buy signal - Fish is below zero and is crossed by Fish Iver .
Sell signal - Fish is greater than zero and is crossed by Fish Iver .
Fish Avil Avil can be used for more conservative entries or as a position exit signal.
