The EA only runs when a new bar appears.
To facilitate testing, the operating time range is available as a separate parameter. This makes it possible to test the Expert Advisor for the selected symbol using all time frames.
The EA can trade with constant lots ( lots > 0 and risk == 0), as well as using dynamic calculations ( lots == 0 and risk > 0). Here:
