Larry Williams' WILL VAL oscillator.
It has six input parameters:
WV = 100.0 * (value - minimum value) / (maximum value - minimum value)
Value = MA1-MA2 MA1 - EMA (price, first EMA period) MA2 - EMA (price, second EMA period) Max, Min - the maximum and minimum "value" value within the period range Price = Closing Price (Current Instrument) / Closing Price (Instrument)
Keep in mind that the indicator requires an upload of historical data for the selected instrument when first launched or when changing "Tool". If the repaint doesn't happen quickly or the indicator displays incorrectly, simply switch the chart timeframe to speed up the process and get the correct display.
