The ABC Harmonic Pattern Indicator is one of the technical analysis tools on the MetaTrader 5 platform, classified as Harmonic Reversal Pattern.

The indicator operates automatically, clearly and visually showing the complete ABCD pattern structure on the chart by drawing red and gray lines.

Uptrend Conditions

The product price chart below is the EUR/CAD currency pair (EURCAD) on the 5 minute time frame.

When the price drops from point A to B , then corrects upward to point C , and moves again to point D, forming a bullish ABCD pattern structure. In this case, the reversal point D signals are the beginning of an uptrend.

downtrend conditions

The image below shows the downtrend of the Australian Dollar/Canadian Dollar currency pair (AUD/CAD) on a 30 minute time frame.

In this pattern, the price first goes from point A to B and then traces back down to point C ; after that, it increases again to reach point D.

This price action indicates the formation of a bearish ABCD harmonic pattern .
