Robert Miner developed something he named the "Dynamic Trading Oscillator" (often abbreviated to DTOSC). This indicator is actually the Stochastic indicator for the RSI, but for those who are looking for "DTOSC" that name is retained and posted here.
It is a stochastic indicator of the RSI (i.e. an additional normalization of the RSI values performed by the stochastic indicator) with the addition of the usual signal lines. You can use the color change of the "DTOSC" value as a signal.
