The EA only runs when a new bar appears. It always maintains no more than one open position - so it can be used for netting and hedging accounts.
The algorithm itself is simple: wait for the number of bullpens or the number of bearsticks to be consecutive. Consecutive occurrences of the same bars are expected to hint at a continuation of the trend.
The buy opening signal is also one of the sell closing signals.
You can allow the EA to buy only or sell only. For example, only buy trades are possible and the bull bar count is 2 and the bear bar count is 1. In this case, a single entered bearish bar is a signal to close a buy position.
