Trend Signal A trend following indicator specifies a change in trend when the closing price breaks above or below a specified bar range.
Risk parameters allow defining the distance of the period from extreme prices.
We define it as a percentage of the period range.
It has two configurable parameters:
Maximum value = Maximum value - (Maximum value - Minimum value) * Risk / 100.0
Minimum value = minimum value + (maximum value - minimum value) * risk / 100.0
Max and min are the highest and lowest prices within the period interval
