AMA Smoothed RSI - MetaTrader 5 Script | Forex Indicator Download - MT4/MT5 Resources
Some people may think that using smoothing before rsi calculation is the same as smoothing the rsi value. As a vivid example, you can compare this version (where the RSI is calculated and smoothed) with the version using (smoothed price) (originally posted here: AMA's RSI ). As you can see, they are very different in many ways. It also illustrates why a "generalized" AMA is needed (now it can calculate smoothed values for any other value, not just prices)
It can be used in the same way as any Ris(oma) indicator or any Rsi itself
