SAR Oscillator 2 is the second version of the SAR oscillator .
It has two tunable parameters:
OscSAR = SAR - Off
SAR - Parabolic SAR (SAR step, SAR maximum)
Histogram values above zero are bearish:
Histogram values below zero are bullish:
