Oscillator Volatility 2 is the second version of the volatility indicator.
If the value exceeds 2, the probability of the current trend reversal is higher.
It has three tunable parameters:
VR=TR/EMATR
TR = Max(Max(highest price-lowest price, Abs(highest price-previous closing price)), Abs(previous closing price-lowest price))
EMATR = EMA(TR, period)
