Super Trend RSI - MetaTrader 5 Script | Forex Indicator Download - MT4/MT5 Resources
Found this idea on another forum and it seems to work. So this also applies to Metatrader 5. The super trend used is posted here: Super Trend - Simple. You can find an exact description of its functionality and how and how to use the parameters in the Super Trends section. RSI has only one parameter in this indicator: period.
The usual approach - you can use the color change of the signal or you can set some levels for yourself to trigger the signal
