RSX is "a smoother RSI than RSI." It is an RSI that produces smoother RSI values without adding hysteresis. This version increases the adaptive volatility to be more responsive to changes in market conditions when volatility is high and smoother when volatility is low
It's used in the same way as the "regular" RSX
