This indicator is based on Akram El Sherbini's article "Time Period Oscillators" published in IFTA Magazine in 2018.
The trading strategy for the simple harmonic index is simply a centerline crossover. A buy signal is generated when the SHI line moves above the zero line and turns positive. The period of the bull market cycle increases, causing the price displacement to increase. A sell signal is generated when the SHI line crosses downward through the centerline and turns negative.
