Hull Moving Average - MetaTrader 5 Script - MQL5 #25257 - MT4/MT5 Resource

Basics (Description of All Hull)
Since then HMA has developed charting plans around the world and regularly discusses them on trader bulletin boards in different languages around the world. This is a result of my putting intellectual curiosity into the public domain by writing the article below by Alan Hull .
The Hull Moving Average solves the age-old conundrum of moving averages being more sensitive to current price activity on average while maintaining curve smoothness. In fact, HMA almost completely eliminates latency and manages to improve smoothness at the same time.
To understand how it achieves these two opposite results we need to start with an easy-to-understand framework. The chart below contains the 16-week simple moving average which continues to lag price activity and is less smooth.
This version differs from the original indicator because it uses so-called "speed" in the parameters. "Speed" allows you to additionally fine-tune the smoothness and reaction time to sudden market changes, making it more flexible. Furthermore, this version is part of the "Back to Basics" series: since execution speed seems to be what we always need no matter what Metatrader version we use, this version calculates the HMA in such a way that changing the HMA period does not change the execution time
As always, it is recommended to do some experimentation with the parameters before making a trading decision
