The OC Momentum Oscillator uses open and close prices to calculate its value.

The only variable n has a default value of 3. Obviously it can be modified.

Histograms simplify the identification of trade entries.

Use in trending markets:

Points 1 and 2 form a trend line.

The entry signal is when the indicator curve crosses the zero line and forms the first appropriately colored histogram.

Points 3, 4 and 5 suggest possible entry points.

Consider that no trend is everlasting.
