This isn't really an indicator, but a smoothing, noise-reducing method. This indicator is applied to another indicator that is installed on the chart. It should be noted that in this case, if you apply it to indicators such as RSI or WPR where all values are greater or less than zero, the indicator will appear incorrectly. The presented indicator version works fine with indicators with positive and negative values, as shown in the screenshot:
