Most volume/volatility consider price volatility to determine whether the price is moving. However, they usually don't get you out of volatile price movements. This indicator is designed to filter out those flat periods while getting you into the beginning of most trends.
This indicator works better with shorter periods (5-10).
If the green line is higher than the red line, the trade is allowed. Anything below that indicates range-bound or choppy prices.
This is a volatility indicator, so it should not be used for entry. You can use it with other entry signal indicators.
