Volume colored candlestick with Bollinger Bands as standard deviation
v1.02b: Fix for static int ChartBars, which will always be the value of the first call to Bars(Symbol(), PERIOD_CURRENT) and will not be updated thereafter (invalid candles are guaranteed not to be visible)
Ensure that invalid column charts do not have invalid chart data (hide uncalculated columns), and check the minimum column chart at the same time
Fix the problem of not displaying gradient from Bar 0 to iPeriod
