In many cases (computer graphics, machine learning, ta analysis) we need normalized values. Smoothing step is one of the possible methods
It belongs to the sigmoidal family (in this case clamp, because this indicator, as-is ( not used for interpolation) function, and generates a subset of the built-in random function, except I kept it in the original range of 0 to 1, and it filtered out some of the randomly generated values. Furthermore, the indicator works with all common prices (not just close/close or low/high/close)
