MACD+Histogram - MetaTrader 4 Script | Trading Script Download - MT4/MT5 Resources
This is a plain MACD with a histogram. This is really simple coding, but it helps. I haven't tested it on MT5, but I think it's OK. Let me know if you've been tested.
